In Jacksonville – Mortgage Rates are LOW
If you wanted yet another reason to get out there and take advantage of the Jacksonville Real Estate market, here it is.
Most home buyers right now are experiencing some of the absolute lowest interest rates in history. If you are in the market for a home or considering a move, you have more buying power now than you did last year at this same time. Take the low interest rates and add in the ability to pick up a great deal on a prime property, and you are really coming out ahead!

Have a home to sell first? Homes ARE selling in Jacksonville. It’s probably not worth what you thought it was worth in 2007, but those values of yesterday were over inflated anyways. To sell a home in Jacksonville or Ponte Vedra, you need it to be in good condition, have good curb appeal, and priced realistically for today’s market. Work with a good Jacksonville real estate agent, and get it sold!
