Is it time to Fire your Jacksonville Realtor?

Seriously!

We all know Jacksonville real estate is slow.  Less buyers, less mortgages, harder to qualify for a loan, etc.  However, homes ARE selling in Jacksonville.   Are you getting any traffic?  Any prospects?

Signs you may need to Fire your current Jacksonville Realtor:

  • Non-Responsive Phone Skills: If they don’t answer your call or call you back very quickly, how do you think they are working with potential buyers for your home.
  • Low to No Traffic: If the Realtor has priced your home correctly and they have a marketing plan that works, you should be seeing traffic and potential buyers.
  • Part Time or No Time: Real Estate is a career not a hobby.  Your agent should be full time, after all this is a BIG Sale!
  • No Updates: You should be receiving updates on prospects, marketing efforts,  and feedback from other Realtors’ clients.

If you aren’t getting the results you should be getting, talk with your Realtor and discuss what can be changed.  If it’s no hope, cut your losses and find a Professional Jacksonville Realtor.
