Meet Brad
Brad Officer began his real estate career after being asked to join the successful sales team at Pulte Homes Corporation in Jacksonville, FL. He quickly became a top performing sales agent in Florida, winning numerous awards and accolades while working primarily within Pulte’s higher priced communities in Ponte Vedra, Mandarin, and Hodges locations.
After much success, Brad turned his focus to the Luxury and second home markets. Brad has been honored to represent the finest Luxury Developments in the Southeast including The Settings Development Companies and The Cliffs Communities where Tiger Woods released his first designed golf course in the United States. It was there Brad realized his love of working with luxury homes, land, and waterfront properties.
