FAQ: Will I get a better deal when working directly with the Listing Agent because the Seller only has to pay half the commission?
Answer: NO. The Seller pays the full commission regardless. The Seller signs a listing contract and the REALTOR commissions are pre-set. I don’t know of any professional agents, including our company, who will agree to provide the same level of professional service for less money.
