Q: Where does this list come from?
A: The homes that are emailed are directly from the North East Florida Multiple Listing Service. These are homes that are owned by banks and listed for sale.
Q: Does this list include Short Sales?
A: No this list does not include Short Sales. I do not include short sales because bank owned homes are certain, they are owned by the bank. Short Sales are non-certain, as any purchase price below what is owed must be approved by the bank…..which can be a daunting task! If you would like to be notified of Short Sales, send me an email and I can set that up for you separately.
