Brad Officer

Brad Officer is a licensed REALTOR in Jacksonville Florida.  Licensed since 2004, Brad has been with RE/MAX since 2009.  Brad prefers to work as a solo agent but with the support of several assistants including his long term assistant, Robin King. 

Brad does not employ a team of agents, when you hire Brad, you will work directly with him.  

Brad attended the University of Tennessee and spent the first part of his career in corporate business-to-business sales of commercial equipment.  He entered real estate after purchasing his first home and has been a full time agent for over 20 years. 

Brad specializes in waterfront homes and fine properties.  He has been recognized by many publications including Fox News, the Jacksonville Business Journal, and appeared on several local news stations.  Awarded with the prestigious RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award, Brad is routinely ranked in the top 50 agents in Northeast Florida and has now sold over 600 homes.  

A family man at heart, Brad enjoys quality time with his family who are actively involved in sports, fishing, and travel.  Brad is happily married to his wife Carey for over 23 years.  Together they have 3 boys ranging from high school to college age.
