A lot of home owners with big plans are going through this internal debate right now. A lot of questions are starting to float around.  Here are some of the questions we've fielded:

Are people still buying homes during the Corona Virus Pandemic?

Do you believe in ghost?  What about ghost houses?

Well it appears Jacksonville is full of "ghost houses".   

That's what we are calling the houses that get listed for sale without any pictures of the actual house for sale. (not actually haunted houses)  

Jacksonville's Ghost Houses:  This is a real thing!  

These "ghost houses" are put up for sale by the hired Realtor who has signed a listing agreement with the home Sellers.  

Why would anyone agree to putting their house up for sale without having pictures of the home?  ... That we can't answer...  but it makes us wonder.....

Does the home owner know their home has no pictures showing it off in it's best light?

Does the home owner know how important the first impression is!

Time to make your move in 2017!

If there has ever been a time to capitalize on moving up, this is the time!  

That's right, make your MOVE UP in 2017 and benefit by both selling high and buying low.  How can that be?

  1. As home owners, we are all concerned with the values of our homes.  Obviously we'd love if the values always went up, but that hasn't always been the case in the month to month housing market in the Jacksonville area.  Anyone who lived through the housing and stock market crash in the 2007-2008 timeline can certainly attest to the fluctuation in home values.  

Here we are many years removed and many percentage point increases over the lows of 2012.  Many areas of Jacksonville and the surrounding areas have seen great increases in values while others have seen very slow increases or even flat to borderline decreases.
