Vista Cove 

A gated community on the shores of the San Sebastian River, Vista Cove is a gorgeous place to call home surrounded by a peaceful nature preserve. Condos at Vista Cove have some of the lowest HOA fees in all of St. Augustine; for only $45 per month residents can enjoy all of the benefits of community living including a fitness center, nature trails, a fishing pier, a heated pool, and jacuzzi. Homes range in size from roughly 1,400 square feet to 1,700 square feet and prices begin in the high $200s and extend into the high $300s. 

Las Palmas 

With marshfront views and a prime location just minutes away from downtown St. Augustine, sandy beaches, and the interstate, Las Palmas is a luxurious gated community that offers resort-style living. At Las Palmas, HOA fees are as low as $289 per month, and for that affordable price, residents can enjoy access to a putting green, fitness center with sauna, game room, billiard room, pool, pet park, and so much more. Homes at Las Palmas range between the high $200s and the mid $300s, and units range between 1,044 and 1,965 square feet.

The Residences at World Golf Village 

Made up of 78 resort-style condominiums, The Residences at World Golf Village is situated near the World Golf Hall of Fame. The complex is home to three and four bedroom homes that range from 2,000 to 3,000 square feet, and residents can enjoy access to state-of-the-art amenities including views of fairways and lakes, a newly remodeled pool and spa, a clubhouse, fitness center, meeting rooms and game room. Condos at The Residences at World Golf Village fall within the high $300s, and HOA fees are an astoundingly low $160 per month and include gas and interior water

Camachee Island Condominiums 

Camachee Island is a waterfront condo community situated only two miles outside of the heart of St. Augustine and offers residents stunning views of the Tolomato River and Camachee Harbor. Only a quick drive from Vilano Beach, residents can have fun in the sun, splashing around in the Atlantic Ocean, and enjoy some of the best fishing and seafood in the region. Homes and condos at Camachee Island run the gamut in price, beginning in the $500s and extending up to the $2M mark. HOA dues are approximately $700 per month. 

Quail Hollow on the Ocean

For those seeking the perfect balance of an easy beach lifestyle and easy access to St. Augustine’s historic downtown district, Quail Hollow on the Ocean is the prime destination. Quail Hollow is a gated community that is home to 102 two- and three-bedroom condominiums that deliver residents a stunning view of the beach as well as private beach access. Quail Hollow is pet friendly and residents can enjoy swimming in the community pool when they’re not at the beach. Prices of homes at Quail Hollow begin in the high $300s and go up to the low $600s, and residents of Quail Hollow are responsible for $507 in monthly HOA fees.
