St. Augustine Condos With Pickleball Courts

Developed in the state of Washington in 1965, Pickleball has slowly but surely become one of the most popular outdoor games played by adults. For many, having access to a pickleball court is nothing short of a luxury, and St. Augustine is home to a number of condo and townhouse communities that pull out all the stops when it comes to amenities, including pickleball courts.

Whether you’re an avid pickleball player or you’re just getting started, St. Augustine is just the place to pursue your interest, get outside, and start having fun with family and friends on the pickleball court.

Village Square

Situated in the heart of St. Augustine’s golf community of Palencia, Village Square is a community of twenty-four condominiums that not only caters to golf lovers, but to those who appreciate a good pickleball match.

Village Square has its own private tennis and pickleball courts, as well as gated entry, garage parking, and a gorgeous pool. Prices at Village Square run the gamut from the low $300s to $1M, depending on the size of the condo as well as the view it offers. Village Square isn’t a very short drive away from Palencia Park, which is a great place to enjoy a stroll or to gather with friends.

Ocean Gallery

Residents of Ocean Gallery have the option to choose from one, two, and three-bedroom seaside condos that not only provide private access to St. Augustine’s white sandy beaches, but also boasts not one, but two pickleball courts.

The largest beachfront community on Anastasia Island, Ocean Gallery is home to 418 condominiums and twenty-one single family homes. The cost of a condo in Ocean Gallery begins in the mid $300s and extends into the low $800s, and prices vary depending on the unit’s size, square footage, and views. In addition to pickleball courts, Ocean Gallery has various other amenities, including 24-hour manned gated security, tennis courts, and a resort-style pool.

Home to three pickleball courts (that can also double as tennis courts), Conquistador is one of the most ideal St. Augustine condo communities for those who can’t wait to join the next pickleball match.

Conquistador offers 456 individual condo units, and the community, located not far from St. Augustine’s historic district, boasts intracoastal water views. Condos at Conquistador are priced in the $200s, and are available in two bedroom configurations.
