The golf course itself is nationally ranked, and in the past it has been the host of the PGA Tour Qualifying School. Grand Oaks

Beacon Lake

Those looking for a luxurious community that offers the atmosphere of an upscale resort may enjoy living at Beacon Lake. The community features Colonial Style homes that are built on over 300 acres of nature preserve and are boarded by a 43-acre lake. SilverLeaf is one of the largest master-planned communities in Northeast Florida, and is known for containing some of the most beautiful Colonial Style homes in the St. John's area. SilverLeaf Village is where home buyers will find both three and four bedroom homes, all of which feature two or three bathrooms and a two-car garage. Those who buy homes at SilverLeaf can enjoy colonial architecture as well as contemporary amenities, which include dog parks, multiple pools, a field house, event pavilion, and several tennis and pickleball courts.
