Madeira

Madeira is a carefully planned and expertly crafted community that combines the old world charm of St. Augustine with contemporary home design. Madeira lies just beside the Tolomato River, delivering stunning views of expanses of untouched marshes and creeks. The community features two categories of single-family homes: cottages and estates. Both types are available in single-story configurations, with anywhere between two and six bedrooms and two to five bathrooms. Silver Landing

Neighboring Silverleaf Village in St. Johns, Silver Landing is part of the largest master planned community in Northeast Florida. Silver Landing is home to ten unique floor plans which range between two and six bedrooms, many of which are available in single-story configurations. Silver Landing is located in one of the area’s best school districts, and this golf-cart friendly neighborhood provides residents with a number of luxurious amenities. Residents of Silver Landing can enjoy a round of tennis or pickleball before taking their dogs to one of several off-leash parks that allow for lots of play and socialization. Other amenities include pools, spray park, and flag court. Homes at Silver Landing are anywhere between 2,000 to 3,717 square feet, and prices start in the low $500s and go up into the $800s.

The Preserve at Bannon Lakes

A neighborhood that is part of the master planned community of St. Augustine’s Bannon Lakes, The Preserve is a collection of newly constructed homes that are accompanied by preserve and water views. The Preserve offers sixteen different configurations, a number of which are single-story. Community amenities include a massive clubhouse, resort-style pool, play area for children, dog park, and fitness center. Residents will appreciate the community’s low HOA fees, which contribute to the amenities and community maintenance. Homes at The Preserve at Bannon Lakes range between 1,509 and 4,117 square feet, and home prices begin in the high $300s, with more expansive models starting in the low $700s.

St. Augustine Lakes

A master planned community made up exclusively of single-family homes, St. Augustine Lakes is located only fifteen minutes away from historic Downtown St. Augustine. The community offers eleven different floor plans with several single-story options to choose from, and homes fall between 1,503 and 2,358 square feet. One of the more affordable new construction communities in the St. Augustine area, residents pay incredibly low monthly HOA fees and homes at St. Augustine Lakes begin in the low $300s and go up into the $400s for larger floor plans and lots.
