Southside = $61.64 increase per day

Avondale / Riverside / Ortega = $73.29 increase per day

Fleming Island = $41.64 increase per day

Orange Park = $2.89 increase per day

Jacksonville Beach = $30.14 decrease per day

Neptune Beach = $138.36 increase per day

Atlantic Beach = $151.37 increase per day

Ponte Vedra Beach / S. PVB / Vilano = $18.49 increase per day

Nocatee / Ponte Vedra = $9.09 decrease per day

St Johns County NW = $27.12 increase per day

St Johns County NE = $108.15 increase per day

Clay County = $21.92 increase per day

Duval County = $36.18 increase per day

St Johns County = $27.40 increase per day

Definitely an interesting look at values in our Jacksonville area.
