East Hampton, Jacksonville Neighborhood

East Hampton is a community developed and built by Pulte Homes in the late 90's and early 2000's.  The community was initially "out there" as it was one of the furthest out communities on Baymeadows near 9A.  Now considered a fantastic location due to the expansion of 9A, the newer 9B connector, and the St Johns Town Center, East Hampton is a well hidden community of 900 homes in all!  Built using concrete block construction, many home buyers value this type construction for it's strength and insulation values.

When visiting East Hampton in Jacksonville, you'll appreciate two distinct areas of the community:  the first half of the community is built around a winding road that makes it's way from the entrance, past the clubhouse and about midway into the community.  The homes in this first half are on mostly larger lots and back to preserve and water views as well as some short streets with culdesacs.  The second half of the community is more dense with a more "know your neighbor" feel with lots of activity and kids running around.  Either way, you'll love East Hampton in Jacksonville.
