Heritage Landing Neighborhood

The Heritage Landing Neighborhood is part of the larger World Golf Village master planned community.  Heritage Landing was designed and developed by DR Horton and featured many national, regional, and local builders due to the overall size of the community.  The development of Heritage Landing started in 2003 and now most homes have been completed.  A total of 1152 homes were planned / built in Heritage Landing, and were built on several different sections of the neighborhood that had 40', 50', 60', 70', and 80' wide lots.   

Heritage Landing Community Amenities

Heritage Landing was designed for home owners who want access to many amenities.  The community was designed around a large community center called "Camp Heritage" which was built to mimick the summer camps of our youth.... Appalachian and Adirondack styled.  It's a must see when you visit!  Large dual swimming pools, jumbo slides, a beach style entry for the little ones, jetted water features, your kids will have a great time for years to come.  Sports facilities and full fitness complex, playgrounds, and tennis courts, the community has it all.

Students living in Heritage Landing will be zoned for St Johns County Schools, overall one of the best school districts in the state.  Students are zoned for these schools:

  • Middle:  Pacetti Bay Middle
  • High:  Allen D Nease High School

Heritage Landing Community Association
