With a Mid-Century Modern home, you gain a lot of character that you won’t typically find with a newer construction home. Oftentimes, these homes in St Augustine have been nicely updated or renovated in more recent years, so you get to enjoy the design points, but you also probably will find some newer and more modern inclusions.
