WaterSong at Rivertown - St. Johns FL

Designed by Mattamy Homes, WaterSong at Rivertown features over 800 single-family homes when complete. Key features include the RiverClub Clubhouse with a waterfront café, a zero-entry Oasis Pool, a yoga studio, and a full game room. It’s also home to a fishing pier, an Olympic-size pool, and miles of trails. 

The sprawling Rivertown neighborhood is a master-planned community with new construction ongoing, offering 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom homes with around 1800 to 1900 square feet of living space with some 3-bedroom and 3-bathroom properties reaching over 2500 square feet. Construction began in 2019 and offers customizable floor plans.

Artisan Lakes - Ponte Vedra FL

With 196-low maintenance single-family homes, Artisan Lakes is a busy 55+ master-planned community in Ponte Vedra, FL. With a resort-style clubhouse, two bocce ball courts, a putting green, a few pocket parks throughout, and a large, modern fitness center, it offers the world-class amenities busy adults are looking for in a scenic, pond-centric location. 

Lennar Homes began construction at Artisan Lakes in 2016, which has been completed, offering two design collections with 10 unique floor plan options. Homes are 2- and 3-bedroom, 2- or 3-bathroom properties ranging from 2200 to 2700 square feet of living space.

Del Webb eTown - Jacksonville FL

Del Webb eTown is a 55+ community under construction located within the larger master-planned community of eTown. When complete, the active adult community will feature 517 single-family homes ranging from 2-bedroom to 4-bedrooms and up to 2588 square feet of living space.

Reverie at TrailMark - St. Augustine FL

Reverie at TrailMark is part of a master-planned community by Dream Finder Homes located on the St. Johns River. Featuring resort-style amenities such as a fitness center, catering kitchen, gathering areas, bocce ball courts, and a Biergarten, it is an ideal community for active seniors looking for indoor and outdoor amenities and social activities.

The project, which got underway in 2020, has three collections of homes with 13 customizable floor plan options. Options range from 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom homes with an attached garage at up to 2500 square feet, smaller options at under 1800 square feet, and the largest options with 2- to 4-bedrooms and up to 3,077 square feet of living space.

Arbor Mill at Oakleaf Plantation

Located within Oakleaf Plantation, Arbor Mill is an under-construction community that will have 155 single-family homes ranging from 3-bed, 2 bathrooms at around 1600 square feet to 2033 square feet of living space. Designed by D.R. Horton, the project got underway in 2017 and remains under construction.

Arbor Mill features a clubhouse and outdoor pool with a large sundeck, as well as planned events throughout the year. A patio with a fireplace, pickleball, and bocce ball courts, along with a beautiful dog park, help to round out the low-maintenance lifestyle here. 

Parkland Preserve - St. Augustine FL

The fabulous Parkland Preserve neighborhood, built by D.R. Horton, is a gated, 55+ community that will be home to 367 single-family homes spread across 275 acres of land located near World Golf Village. With four floor plan options ranging from 2- to 4-bedroom and 2- to 3-bathrooms across 1600 to 2033 square feet of living space, Parkland Reserve offers exceptional opportunities for active adults.
