Here is one of those examples. We listed this house for sale and it had many showings in just a few days and received several interested parties and offers. It sold for full price and the Buyers and Sellers came to quick terms in just 10 days! Some of the reasons this happened::

Neutral (updated) Colors
This is becoming a MAJOR item! Too many homes are sporting old school colors, and that's just not working for today's home buyers. We need clean crisp and neutral.
Regardless of how long or how brief you've been living in a home, it's probably too cluttered to go on the market. That's our tendencies as human beings.... to collect, stack, and clutter up space. This home owner did a great job of removing all the extra clutter which makes it super easy for home shoppers to see the benefits of the home.
Last but not least: Their Agent was the X-Factor!
I'll take a little credit on this one... with our launch plan, we were able to market this home to the appropriate potential home buyers and drive enough traffic within a short period of time to get the right offer.
