Most Expensive Neighborhoods in Nocatee FL

The master planned community of Nocatee is the crown jewel of the Jacksonville and St. Augustine suburbs. Located in the northern part of St. John’s County, Nocatee lies at the heart of Ponte Vedra, which means that its residents have access to the most stunning beaches and acclaimed golf courses that Florida has to offer. Despite its sprawling suburban feel, Nocatee is still very close to two busy cities where residents can enjoy a wide assortment of dining options, shopping, and entertainment. The homes of Nocatee are known for being particularly elegant, and residents pay a hefty price tag for the prestige in living in the most desirable part of town. Some of Nocatee’s most noteworthy neighborhoods are particularly expensive, and residents delight in all of the luxury of resort-style living all year around.

The Vista at Twenty Mile

The first thing you are likely to notice upon arriving at The Vista at Twenty Mile is the stunning Spanish architecture, followed only shortly thereafter by the acres upon acres of natural preserves that surround it. This gated community is one of the most prestigious that Nocatee has to offer, and the timeless design of the homes leads to love at first sight for prospective home buyers. Residences at The Vista are the perfect blend of elegant and luxurious, encouraging a relaxed atmosphere so you can truly feel at home. One of the most standout features of homes at The Vista is the stunning view of nature all around the community. Residents can take advantage of a number of amenities, including lush green spaces, seemingly endless trails for hiking and biking, a private kayak launch, and a community pool. Residences vary in size, falling anywhere between just under 4,000 square feet and a little more than 5,800 square feet, with prices beginning in the mid $1M and going up in to the mid $2M range.

River Landing at Twenty Mile

There is no denying that River Landing at Twenty Mile is the most luxurious neighborhood in all of Nocatee. This gated community features not only countless lush and mature trees, but split rail fencing and custom homes that are nothing short of works of art. Located directly on Florida’s Intracoastal Waterway, River Landing began as a planned collection of homesites which residents can purchase and upon which their custom homes are built. Lots at River Landing cost as much as fully erected homes in other well-respected neighborhoods, but the steep price of entry allows residents the opportunity to create the home of their dreams down to the smallest detail. Residents can also take advantage of community amenities that include a private boat dock and private park, as well as unlimited access to all of the other amenities available to Nocatee residents. Home buyers can expect to pay prices starting in the mid $1M range through the low $3M for a homesite and a newly constructed custom home.
