Homes at Heritage Deerwood span the $300s, and range between 1,601 and 2,161 square feet. Residents pay $237 per month in HOA fees, which is a small price to pay for so much luxury and convenience.
Montreux at Deerwood Lake
A condominium community composed of 444 units, Montreux at Deerwood Lake lies in one of Jacksonville’s most desirable areas. The community offers residents a myriad of amenities, including gated entrances, round-the-clock security, tennis and volleyball courts, two swimming pools, a movie theater, a fitness center, and best of all, it’s pet friendly. Montreux offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condos, and $312 per month HOA fees covers the cost of water, sewer, maintenance, and amenities. Homes range between 786 and 1,613 square feet, and home prices span the high $100s to the high $200s.
Sweetwater by Del Webb
Located only a short drive from downtown Jacksonville, Sweetwater by Del Webb is a gated condominium community built between 2005 and 2008 for those over the age of 55. Residents can enjoy several amenities, including both indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, and a 20,000 square foot clubhouse that includes a billiards room and library. Beaches along the Atlantic Ocean are only a twelve minute drive away, and HOA fees are wildly low at only $195 per month. Home prices span the $300s, and range in size from 1,438 to 2,871 square feet.
Offering residents two and three bedroom townhomes between 1,034 and 1,765 square feet, Wolf Creek is a gated community made up of 790 residences located in the Intracoastal West area of Jacksonville. Wolf Creek lies beside wooded nature preserves and lakes on 86.4 acres of sprawling, verdant grounds. Living at Wolf Creek means that it’s only a short drive to get to the beach or to St. Johns Town Center, and the airport only a few additional minutes away.
