Beaches along the Atlantic Ocean are only a twelve minute drive away, and HOA fees are wildly low at only $195 per month. Home prices span the $300s, and range in size from 1,438 to 2,871 square feet.
Wolf Creek
Offering residents two and three bedroom townhomes between 1,034 and 1,765 square feet, Wolf Creek is a gated community made up of 790 residences located in the Intracoastal West area of Jacksonville.
