It only took about 20 days after a very painful site crash to get the website back in gear.  However, the site is now better than ever!

Very Good News: For any waterfront homeowners who are considering selling this season, I am seeing a spike in website searches for waterfront homes.  A few key factors come into play:

1. It's the season...sort of: Most home buyers search during the spring and summer as many scheduled moves are determined by the end and start of the school year.  Obviously with the Jacksonville area being such a great city to live waterfront, most relo's should consider waterfront living as a first choice.  The Sort of Part......we see a good amount of snowbirds during the winter months and waterfront is often a first choice for second home buyers.  All in all, it's good timing right now.
2. Prices: No one wants to sell their waterfront home for less than the 2007 inflated values, but the good news is that you can sell if you are realistic about pricing.  Buyers now believe that "This is the perfect time to buy".  If we can say your house is priced as a true value compared to the competition - consider it sold!
3. It's Waterfront!: I'm convinced, if most home buyers had the means, they would choose waterfront first.....if they could find it in their search.
4. Our Site is heavily optimized for Jacksonville Waterfront Homes: When I first started this site, I realized how difficult it was for home buyers to search for waterfront homes.  The large national sites just aren't built to display this type of data effectively.  Most home buyers search by using Google, and if they use waterfront to describe the type of home they desire......we may just be there!
