Bungalows, ranches, cottage-style homes, and even a few two-story homes make up the local housing landscape in Fishweir Park, providing something for a a wider-range of home buyers looking for a laid-back residential setting. 

Highland Glen 

As a premier gated community in Jacksonville that limits outside traffic and noise by default, Highland Glen has to be mentioned somewhere on this list. Unlike sprawling master planned communities in Jacksonville, Highland Glen isn't overwhelmingly large, allowing it to maintain more of a quiet vibe that homeowners here love. You might also find homes in Highland Glen often have lush, mature landscaping, adding to the overall curb appeal and desirability of the neighborhood. But with most homes priced in the $800,000 to $1+ million range, it's also one of the more expensive options you'll find on our quietest neighborhoods list. 

Blue Lake Estates 

Although quite unscientific, here’s a good rule that always seems to hold up: if a neighborhood or community has a large pond, it tends to be pretty quiet and extremely desirable. And we can safely say that’s true at Blue Lake Estates down on Jacksonville’s far southwest side. Home buyers with kids will love the close proximity to Bishop John Snyder High School, not to mention the large, newer construction homes that almost all have at least two stories, 4 to 5 bedrooms, and oversized 2-3 car garages. And with most Blue Lake Estates homes asking under $500,000, we feel it offers an incredible value for buyers looking for that quintessential quiet neighborhood vibe.
