But for those who highly prioritize lifestyle amenities, ETown by Del Webb includes a lakeside dog park, an outdoor yoga lawn, a high-tech fitness center, a zero entry resort-style swimming pool, and a separate lap pool with 3 lanes. 

Highland Glen 

Located just 15 minutes from the beach, Highland Glen is all about location, location, location. Most homes for sale in Highland Glen aren’t too big and aren’t too small, making it a great landing spot for anyone wanting a modest single-family home in a gated community with a reasonable purchase price. The pool at Highland Glen isn’t the largest you’ll see, but it does provide plenty of deck space that has ample seating and nicely manicured landscaping all the way around it. With construction starting all the way back in the mid-1970s, The Woods is an established Jacksonville gated community with a TON of upside. Today, nearly 800 homes make up The Woods community, and home sizes, styles, and age vary tremendously given some were constructed as recently as 2003. Despite the extensive collection of amenities, which include 8 clay tennis courts, baseball and soccer fields, a basketball court, playgrounds, and a clubhouse with a beautiful resort-style pool, HOA dues here are also quite reasonable. And speaking of the pool area, you’ll plenty of sundeck space with seating, a covered jacuzzi, and even painted lanes for anyone who loves swimming laps for exercise. 

Pablo Cove  

The fabulous Pablo Cove neighborhood is a newer construction townhouse community that is quickly becoming an area favorite.
