Ranch Club at Ashton Oaks is a gated equestrian community made up of 27 estates, which range between 2 and 18 acres each. The community is home to bridle paths and an on-site equestrian center, and contains fenced and landscaped roadways. Home sizes start at approximately 3,500 square feet with some as large as over 6,000 square feet. Home prices also vary, starting at roughly $1M and extending all the way up over $2.5M for larger homes.

Colee Cove Landing

Colee Cove Landing lies just across the St. Johns River from the Bayard Conservation area. The neighborhood is home to a wide array of elegant, luxurious homes that feature various architectural styles. While some homes are available at affordable price points, many of the community’s larger estate homes are some of the most expensive in the area, with prices as high as $7M for homes as large as 6,300 square feet. Palencia

Camachee Island

Camachee Island is one of St. Augstine’s premiere neighborhoods and offers residents unmatched views of the Tolomato River and Camachee Harbor. Camachee Island is known throughout the area as being home to some of the best seafood in St. Augustine, and those who enjoy fishing will feel right at home. A day at the beach is only a few minutes away on stunning Vilano Beach, which gives residents access to the Atlantic Ocean. Home prices for a spot on Camachee Island begin in the high $500s, and they go up into the $2M range based on the location and size of the property.
