The neighborhood’s crown jewel is a 43-acre lake that is the ideal setting for kayaking and canoeing and also provides the perfect backdrop for beach volleyball. Residents can enjoy additional community amenities that include a junior olympic pool, fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball courts, firepit, card room, and a lakeside park. The residences at Beacon lake feature between three and five bedrooms and vary between 1,600 square feet and just over 3,300 square feet. TrailMark

TrailMark is a peaceful, master-planned community designed with recreational opportunities in mind. The neighborhood is home to miles upon miles of biking and walking trails, but the main attraction is its winding waterway that features a private kayak launch. Residents can take their kayak out on the water and explore Six Mile Creek or go on an excursion along the St. Johns River.
